Terms and Conditions – No Refund or Exchange Policy

2. No Refund or Exchange
   All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any products once purchased. This policy is in place for hygiene, safety, and quality reasons.

3. Product Quality Guarantee
   We ensure that all products are manufactured and stored under strict quality standards. If a product is received damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proof (photo/video). We will assess and may offer a replacement at our discretion.

4. Allergic Reactions or Sensitivities
   Our products are cosmetic and for external use only. Customers are responsible for checking the ingredients and testing products on a small area of skin before full use. If you have known allergies or health conditions, please consult your doctor before using the product. The brand is not responsible for any allergic reactions, sensitivities, or adverse effects resulting from misuse or personal allergies.

5. Shipping & Delivery
   We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier or for products damaged after delivery. Please inspect your package upon arrival.

6. Customs Fees or Extra Charges
   All item prices do not include customs fees or any other charges it might applied on international shipping that may be applicable in the client’s country. Any extra fees incurred during import or delivery are the responsibility of the client.

7. Policy Agreement
   By purchasing our products, you acknowledge and accept that all sales are final, and that refunds or exchanges will not be provided, except in cases of verified manufacturing defects.
